It’s Race Weekend as well as the taper week heading into the Marathon on May 5th. This weekend is the Brantford Rotary Classic. Looking forward to seeing how my body holds up for a 10 km under competition. My hip has been holding out for me so far but there are still some small issues I am dealing with. I’m carrying some extra baggage approx. 7 lbs more than last year and just struggled to get my diet under control after coming back from Israel. On Sunday I’ll aim for a 50 min 10 km. I’ll post Sunday the results as well as a short play by play.
